Where in the world is Harper? This map will help. She is a southerner. Find the Island of Taiwan, then locate Fujian province to the left. The province directly left of Fujian is Jiangxi province. Ningdu county is in the southern corner of Jiangxi. The climate is very similar to that of Georgia.
