Today we received our referral for our new daughter. Her name is Ning Honghong and she lives in the Ningdu CWI in Jiangxi province. Her birthday is April 1, 2007. According to the reports she is very active and enjoys music. This is good as I believe we have a guitar, flute, keyboard or some other musical instrument in every room in our home. All the reports state that she is a very active and healthy little girl. All we can say is praise God.
The wait has been long but worth every minute as we look at this precious face that will change our lives. I started this process as a crusader out to save the world but the last two years have humbled me and now I look at our little girl and realize I need her as much or possibly more than she needs me.
Thank God for this gift too wonderful for words! 2Corinthians 9:15 (NLT)

Congratulations! Your faithfulness throughout this journey has been an inspiration. Love the blog! You could almost draw a straightline from where Harper is in China to where Jeremiah is in Taiwan. She is so adorable. Can't wait until both our "Asian angels" are home with us.

I think Harper is beautiful!!! The amazing thing is I think she looks like Chandler and Sydney! I can't wait to meet her and kiss her little chubby cheeks! We are so happy for you and are praying for you and her everyday. I can't imagine how hard it must be to know who she is now and can't physically hold her and have her with you now!! She is going to be one spoiled baby. I for one can’t wait to do my share!
